Corn Flakes!

Filed under: Health and Fitness — Pipboy at 8:35 am on Friday, October 20, 2006

I like corn flakes. Do you like corn flakes? I like corn flakes. Corn flakes in the morning, lunchtime, merienda, dinner and even for midnight snacks. It’s something I can keep eating for ten days straight without having internal hemorrhage!

Here are the procedures for a wonderful breakfast:

1. Prepare Ingredients and Materials:

You’ll be needing:

A glass.

A glass of Corn Flakes.

A glass of unexpired Chocolate Milk. How big the glass depends on your diet. Unexpired depends on whether you have any outings for the day.

2. Take Corn Flakes out of its packaging

Depending on your flakes and flavor, how the package is opened may vary. Usually, it follows a Grab the box and Rip the top if you couldn’t care any less on how to open it ISO 9001-certified procedure.

3. Fill your glass with Corn Flakes

4. Ready your chocolate milk.

This chocolate milk I got here came from the grasslands of Rustan’s supermarket. It can grow up to 10 inches tall, 4 inches wide and about 6 inches across, weighing a good 1 liter! It usually has games at the back to distract kids and nutrition facts at the sides to attract health conscious buffs.

A piece of advise: Be careful with this creatures when opening them. Make sure they’re upright and the opening is facing upwards. You don’t want their toxic chocolatey goodness spilling all over the place.

Crikey!

5. Pour the chocolate milk into your glass of corn flakes.

If you want it soggy, you can leave the cornflakes at a cool and dry place over night. I usually wait for two minutes before I start eating.

6. Shovels

Once you’re ok with the crispiness / sogginess of your flakes, be sure to serve with a shovel. Itadakimasu!

Why is this important for an MIS?

A study made from unverifiable sources confirm that a malnourished or unhealthy MIS is not as productive as a properly-fed and well-paid MIS professional. So, for companies who can’t offer both to their employees, this breakfast recipie is a cost-effective way of addressing productivity goals in the company.

Why should this be relevant to other people?

It’s delicious and nutritious.
