I suppose that's one of the changes I had to work through when I went to Windows XP for the first time 5 years ago: it's a lot more stable and I don't have to reboot on a regular basis anymore. Still, I stopped being anal about the reboot thing. Esp since Windows gets updates every month or so. If I need to reboot because of updates or because my system is already sluggish I do so.
